[Scope of application]
These terms and conditions are established when you purchase products from our store.
[Purchase a product]
If you wish to purchase a product, you will do so in accordance with the procedures separately specified by us.
・When the payment is received in the account designated by us upon purchase, a sales contract for the relevant product will be established between the purchaser and us .
・If you wish to reserve an item before the conclusion of the sales contract, you must deposit 10% of the item price. The reservation guarantee period is 30 days.
If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days, 10% of the reservation fee will not be refunded.
Your intention to purchase will be confirmed when we receive payment and product details.
・We do not accept reservations without a deposit. Even if you have already paid the deposit, if there is no payment for two months, the order will be cancelled under any circumstances.
・Our store sells products through multiple media. If an item is sold out due to a misunderstanding, we will promptly refund your purchase.
・Even if you are considering purchasing, your intention to purchase may become invalid if another person makes a payment. Please note.
・No invoice or receipt is enclosed. If necessary, we will send you an electronic receipt.
- We cannot accept cancellations of orders.
[Changes in information]
The purchaser must promptly contact us if there are any changes in whole or in part to the name, address, or other information provided to us at the time of purchase.
For transactions that have already been processed for shipping before the information change, the transaction will be considered complete when the item arrives at the previous address.
[Payment method]
・The product payment amount will be the total of consumption tax, shipping fee, and handling fee.
・Please complete payment within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have confirmed your intention to purchase.
- Payment for products purchased at our store must be made by the payment method specified by us .
- When paying by Paypal or other means (credit card), the purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between the purchaser and the credit card company.
In addition, if any dispute arises between a purchaser and a credit card company in relation to the use of a credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute between themselves.
In addition, when using credit card payment, a usage fee according to the selected system may be charged separately from the product price.
- If a payment method is specified for this service and a separate contract (including, but not limited to, agreement to the terms and conditions of the payment method) is concluded between the purchaser and the payment company that owns the payment method, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of the separate contract with the payment company.
In addition, if any dispute arises between the purchaser and the payment company in relation to the payment method in question, the purchaser and the payment company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute between themselves.
[Product price]
If an incorrect price or price-related information is displayed on this website, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and sale contract.
[Product condition]
-We sell products by clearly stating whether they are "new" or "reused (second-hand)."
In addition, for reused items, we will also describe them as "new old stock," "like new," "in good condition," "showing signs of use," etc.
*The above is based solely on our opinion. Please refrain from comparing with other companies.
-Since leather products are manufactured taking advantage of the natural characteristics of each piece of leather, each piece has a different texture.
[About new products]
-We will label as new any products purchased from brand-owned stores or purchased in dealer-to-dealer transactions, including auctions, that are new and unused.
*We will check the items for any dirt or damage that would render them unacceptable as new, but we cannot guarantee that even new items will come with the same packaging and accessories as those found in brand boutiques in Japan.
In addition, if the accessories are dirty or damaged when we hand them over, we will not be able to exchange or compensate you. Please understand that we are merely a select shop that has obtained a secondhand goods dealer license and operates in accordance with the Secondhand Goods Dealings Act. If you are looking for the quality of a direct store or are concerned about small details, please purchase from a direct store.
[About reused products]
-We purchase reused items from the general public and through dealer auctions, etc.
・We only sell items that have been checked by a team of three brand appraisers.
・The condition is our opinion. Please contact us for details.
・Accessories may not be included. Also, accessories are not included in the condition of the item.
- Reused items may have undergone maintenance and care that we cannot fully check.
- Maintenance may not always be available at direct stores.
- Due to fading or deterioration over time, it may not be possible to determine the color name.

- We do not accept cancellations after the purchase decision has been confirmed or payment has been made.
- If you make excessive cancellations, we will limit or suspend your transactions.

[Returns]
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except in the following cases:
・If the delivered product does not meet the standards (a separate appraisal or certificate is required. The cost of obtaining the appraisal or certificate will be borne by the customer)
・If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
- If the product is damaged or has a defect that makes it difficult to use and is not described in the product description
If you have any concerns, please contact AACD after the product arrives. Please note that even if the product is genuine, we may refuse to perform maintenance at our direct stores.
▼Even if the reason for return applies, we will not be able to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges in the following cases.

If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return
・If the product is returned without prior notice
・If it has been used even once
・If scratches or stains occur due to customer's fault
・If the item has been altered or cleaned
・If the product tag has been removed
・If accessories or product tags are lost or damaged
・If the item is returned with a shipping slip or tape attached directly to the shoe box or brand case
・In cases other than those mentioned above, we decide that the item cannot be exchanged.
If you no longer have the product
▼Notes on returning the product
・If the product is not deemed defective according to our regulations or if there was no mistake in the product sent, we will charge you for the shipping fee incurred at the time of return (cash on delivery), shipping fee and handling fee at the time of shipment, etc., and will resend the product at your expense.
When returning a product, please make sure to use a shipping method that has a delivery record and is insured.
- If the returned item is found to be dirty or damaged due to a shipping method that does not provide insurance, please note that this will be your responsibility and we will have to resend the item at your own expense.
[Delivery issues]
When we inspect a product, we take multiple photos of the product in question.
If there are any scratches or stains that cannot be found during inspection, our store will not be held liable. Please contact us and ask the delivery company to provide compensation.
[About bundling multiple items when ordering]
・If you place multiple orders at the same time, we will ship them together.
・If you would like to have additional items shipped together, please contact us before placing your order.
[About customs duties when shipping overseas]
-Import duties will be charged once the item arrives in your country.
-These charges must be paid by you (the recipient) and we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
・If you have any questions regarding customs duties, etc., please contact your local customs office.
[Handling of personal information]
We will handle personal information in accordance with our separate privacy policy.
[Prohibited acts]
When using our store, users and purchasers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:
1. Any action that causes or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties or us
2. Any act that is contrary to public order and morals or violates other laws and regulations, or that may be likely to do so
3. Any act that we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, such as damaging or damaging our credibility

Purchase
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these terms and conditions") set out the conditions for the provision and use of the product purchase service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by at K's Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Definitions)
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
User: An individual or corporation that uses this service to apply to sell bags, etc.
Sales contract: A sales contract for bags concluded between the Company and the User based on these Terms and Conditions.
Final appraisal: The appraisal that the Company will present to the User as the purchase price and other conditions after the Company inspects the actual product.
Provisional appraisal: Any appraisal that is not a final appraisal (including, but not limited to, appraisals presented as the estimated purchase price before the Company inspects the actual product, such as by sending a product photo via LINE or other means, FAX, or other means).
Delivery purchase: Purchase made by the user by delivering the product to our company
Article 2 (Acceptance of these Terms)
Users shall agree to the contents of these Terms and Conditions in advance and use the Service in the manner specified by our company.
Article 3 (Contents of the Service)
This service involves the purchase of products via home delivery.
The products that our company will purchase (hereinafter simply referred to as "Products") are limited to bags and other items specified by our company.
Article 4 (Restrictions on Use)
If any of the following items apply to you, you may not use this service.
If you are a minor, a person under guardianship, or a person under assistance
If the Company determines that the User has violated or is in danger of violating Article 17
If the Company determines that a person has violated these Terms in the past or is in danger of violating these Terms
Any other case in which the Company deems use inappropriate
Article 5 (Purchase Application)
Users shall apply for purchase by requesting home delivery purchase in accordance with the method specified by our company.
Users may apply for a provisional appraisal from our company prior to making a purchase application. However, the results of the provisional appraisal are not final and do not bind the purchase price of the actual appraisal or the purchase contract in any way.
Our company may reject a purchase application request if it determines that the user has any of the following reasons. In such a case, our company bears no obligation to disclose the reason for the rejection.
If false information is provided when making a purchase application
If the product you applied for is not eligible for purchase by our company
If you are not eligible to use this service
In other cases where the Company determines that the purchase application is inappropriate
Article 6 (Conclusion of Sales Contract)
The sales contract will be concluded when the user accepts the purchase based on the appraisal presented by our company.
The purchase price will be paid by cash or by bank transfer to a financial institution, as selected by our company, on the date designated by our company. Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by our company.
Article 7 (Transfer of Ownership and Risk of Loss)
Ownership of the product and the risk of soiling, damage, loss, and other risks of the product will be transferred from the user to our company when the user delivers the product to our company and the sales contract is concluded.
Article 8 (Representations and Warranties)
When using the Service, the User represents and warrants the following:
There is no false information in the information provided to the Company
Identification documents are not forged or altered
The purpose of the sales contract is not an illegal purpose (such as cashing in counterfeit goods, turning credit cards into cash, or money laundering, or any other illegal purpose that the Company considers to be illegal in light of accepted social standards).
Accurate information regarding the items to be purchased, including whether they come with accessories, whether they are opened or unopened, and their storage conditions
The product to be purchased does not fall under any of the following:
(a) Counterfeit, altered or other inauthentic items
(b) Any material that infringes the copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual property right of a third party.
(c) Stolen property, lost property, unclaimed property
(D) Anything that is subject to confiscation in a criminal case, such as anything obtained through or as a reward for a criminal act.
(e) Items subject to pledges or other security interests
(f) Any item that the user does not have the authority to dispose of legitimately.
Article 9 (Identity Verification)
Prior to the conclusion of a sales contract, the user is obligated to cooperate with the Company in verifying the identity of the user by presenting and providing copies of the identity verification documents specified by the Company. If the user is a corporation, the user is obligated to present the identity verification documents of the corporation's person in charge of transactions and to submit documents regarding the corporation's registration details and other matters upon the Company's request.
If we determine that we are unable to verify the identity of a user (including cases where the user does not present or provide identification documents, does not cooperate with identity verification, or where the submitted identification documents are found to contain discrepancies or false information), we may reject the user's purchase application or cancel the sales contract.
If there are any changes or potential changes to the information notified to the Company between the time of the purchase application and the conclusion of the sales contract, the User shall notify the Company of such changes.
Article 10 (Disclaimer of liability for delivery of goods)
Our company shall not be liable for any damage, non-delivery or other delivery accidents during delivery of the product (including the return of the product from our company and the delivery of the product from the user to our company through home delivery purchase). In the unlikely event that an accident occurs during delivery, the accident shall be discussed and resolved between the user and the delivery company.
Article 11 (Return of Products)
If the purchase offer for all or part of the product is withdrawn, the sales contract is not concluded, or the sales contract is terminated in whole or in part, and the product is in our possession, we will return the product to the user at the user's shipping cost. However, the shipping company will be designated by us.
In the preceding paragraph, the user may, with the consent of our company, waive ownership of the product and request that our company dispose of the product. However, in principle, our company will not be able to dispose of the product if disposal costs are incurred.
Article 12 (Abandonment of ownership due to difficulty in returning)
If the Company determines that it is difficult to return the product to the user due to an unknown return address, an unknown whereabouts of the user, an extended absence, refusal to accept the product, or other reasons, and 90 days have passed since the Company received the product, the Company will assume that the user has waived ownership of the product and will have the authority to dispose of the product freely.
The User may not raise any objections regarding the Company's disposition under the preceding paragraph, including requesting return of the product or compensation for damages.
With regard to paragraph 1 of this Article, the User shall be liable to compensate the Company for the costs incurred by the Company for redelivery of the product, the costs of disposing of the product, other expenses, and all damages incurred by the Company (including, but not limited to, special damages, lost profits, and attorney's fees; the same applies below).
Article 13 (Prohibited Acts)
When using this service, users must not engage in any of the following acts.
Any act violating these Terms and Conditions (including the handling of the use of this service posted on our website, etc.)
Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Any act that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights or interests of the Company or any third party.
Any act that causes disadvantage or damage to the Company
Any attempt to commit any of the acts listed above
Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 14 (Termination of Contract, etc.)
If any of the following events occur to the User, we may deem that the User has withdrawn his/her purchase application.
When the Customer fails to provide necessary cooperation for the establishment or performance of the sales contract, such as the submission of identification documents, provision of information regarding the bank account to which the payment should be transferred, or a response to the appraisal.
When the user's address or whereabouts is unknown
In other cases where the Company determines that the sales contract is unlikely to be concluded
If the other party violates this Agreement, we may cancel the sales contract.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, if the reason is a violation of Article 8, paragraph 5, the Company will be relieved of the obligation to return the product, and the User will be obligated to pay a penalty equivalent to 100% of the purchase price. However, this does not prevent a claim for damages for the actual amount of loss if the actual damage suffered by the Company exceeds the above penalty amount.
Article 15 (Changes to these Terms and Conditions and Service Contents)
The Company may change these Terms and the contents of the Service or discontinue provision of the Service without notifying the User. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such change.
Article 16 (Compensation for Damages)
If a user violates these terms and conditions and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user will be liable to compensate for all damages.
Article 17 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
The Company and the User represent and warrant that they do not fall under any of the following items, and will not fall under any of the following items in the future.
The person or his/her executives are a gang member, a gang member, a person who has not yet passed five years since leaving the gang member status, a gang associate member, a company related to a gang member, a corporate racketeer, a social movement fraudster, a special intelligence violent group, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as a "gang member, etc.").
Having a relationship that is deemed to give the control of management to a gang member or other such person
Having a relationship that is deemed to involve substantial involvement of a gang member in the management
Having a relationship that is deemed to be using a gang member, etc., for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to members of organized crime groups
The company's executives or those substantially involved in its management have socially reprehensible relationships with gang members, etc.
The Company and the User guarantee that they will not, either themselves or through a third party, engage in any of the following acts:
Violent demands
Unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
Threatening behavior or violence in relation to transactions
Spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or using force to damage the other party's credibility or to interfere with the other party's business
Any other acts similar to those listed above
If there is any violation of this article, the Company and the user may cancel this Agreement without notice. Furthermore, if the Company or the user cancels this Agreement due to a violation of this article, the Company and the user shall not be liable for compensation for damages incurred by the other party.
Article 18 (Transfer of business contract status, etc.)
Users may not assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of their business contractual status or rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party without our prior written consent.
Article 19 (Handling of Personal Information)
You agree that any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 20 (Severability)
Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remaining part of the provision that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall continue in full force and effect.
Article 21 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 22 (Product Management)
The User shall store and manage the Products at his/her own responsibility and expense until the sales contract is concluded.
Users may not request storage or management of the products prior to the conclusion of a sales contract, unless consent is given by our company.
Article 23 (Application of the cooling-off period)
If the cooling-off period stipulated in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions applies, even if a sales contract has been applied for or concluded, the User may revoke the application or cancel the contract in writing within eight days from the date of receipt of the legal document.
Chapter 3: Mail-order purchase
Article 24 (Application for home delivery purchase)
Users shall apply for home delivery purchase by making a request via LINE, email, or other method specified by the Company.
Article 25 (Application for provisional assessment)
Users who use the mail-order purchase service are obligated to request a provisional appraisal of the items they wish to purchase from our company in advance.
If there is no provisional appraisal for some or all of the products to be purchased, the Company may refuse to accept the products from the User or to accept the application for home delivery purchase. In such a case, Articles 11 and 12 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the return of the products to the User.
Article 26 (Delivery of Products)
The User shall request a delivery company designated by the Company to collect and deliver the items purchased through home delivery purchase.
If requested by our company, the user shall ship the product using a shipping method that includes shipping insurance as specified by our company.
The user is responsible for packaging the product so as not to cause damage, and for requesting delivery to the address specified by the Company in an appropriate manner. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the product caused by inappropriate packaging.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a user shipping products using a delivery company, delivery destination, or delivery method other than that specified or instructed by our company, damages incurred as a result of a user not provisionally appraising or adequately insuring some or all of the products to be shipped, or damages incurred as a result of any violation of these terms and conditions or our instructions.
Article 27 (Issue of purchase application forms, etc.)
The User is obligated to provide or deliver to the Company the purchase application form, the consent to these Terms and Conditions, documents related to identity verification, account information for the financial institution to which the transfer will be made, and any other documents specified by the Company.
The User is obligated to provide or deliver the materials referred to in the preceding paragraph by enclosing them in the product, sending image data via email or other electromagnetic means, or by other means specified by the Company.
The above terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the conditions for the provision and use of the product purchase service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by at K's Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
